How to Use Popular Javascript from google

Problem for bloggers is how to put an external file to the server for free file server , problem of free servers are banwidth limit, for large javascript will make slow in opening the blog. For that we can use the facilities provided by google, can be found here.
How to use the script as follows:

Just want to ask you, I would like to host images on free image hosting, so that does not take up yours and in the future makes it inaccessible, so my question is, do I have to host all the images, like those at 1.bp.blogspot, 2.bp.blogspot or?
Also the javascript, is the FalknerShine all hosted on google code?

You can host all img, if from blogspot you can host also in your url because thats original from bloggertricks file javascript from my falkner series have 3 big js all of them in googlecode so no problem still using that one

I am using Falkner Press, and want to use code.google to host the mootools 1.11 used in the Falkner Press template. I have used your guide above and changed the http, and version to 1.11 but the javascript is not working, making the image slideshow broken.
